1. Booking and payment

Direct bookings through this website require immediate payment of the full accommodation amount in EUR by credit/debit card through Stripe Connect or Apple Pay, when available. Your booking is confirmed after successful payment. Bank transfer and payment on arrival are not available. For bookings through other platforms, the payment conditions accepted on that platform apply.

2. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 3:00 pm; check-out by 11:00 am. Different times must be agreed in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation policy

Direct bookings benefit from a discounted rate and are non-refundable. Free cancellation is not available. If the guest cancels, the amount paid for the reservation is retained. The guest’s mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. For bookings made through other platforms, the conditions accepted on the relevant platform apply.

4. Tourist tax

THE TOURIST TAX IS SEPARATE FROM THE ACCOMMODATION PRICE AND IS PAYABLE ACCORDING TO THE RATES AND EXEMPTIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROME.

5. House rules

No smoking inside. No parties or events. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Quiet hours: 10:00 pm–8:00 am. Please also refer to the House rules section.

6. Damages and liability

Guests are responsible for damage they cause to the apartment or its contents. Please use all amenities and furnishings with care.

7. Identification and access

All guests must provide valid identity documents before check-in. Access may be managed remotely.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).
