Arrival and departure

Check-in from 3:00 pm; check-out by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability. Late arrivals must be agreed in advance: €30 from 9:00 pm to midnight and €50 after midnight. Complimentary exceptions are at the property’s discretion.

Cleaning and linen

The accommodation is provided clean, with bed linen and towels prepared for arrival. The final-cleaning fee shown in your quote covers cleaning at the end of your stay: €50 for the studio and €60 for the one-bedroom apartment. Cleaning and linen changes during the stay are not included. Each additional cleaning requested includes a linen change and costs €50 for the studio or €60 for the one-bedroom apartment.

All applicable charges must be disclosed before the booking is confirmed; services already included will not be charged twice. Existing confirmed bookings retain their accepted conditions.

House rules and identification

No smoking indoors or parties. Pets require prior approval. Please respect neighbours and quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. All guests must provide valid identification for registration.

City tax

CITY TAX IS SEPARATE FROM THE ACCOMMODATION PRICE AND FOLLOWS ROME’S CURRENT RATES AND EXEMPTIONS.

Returning the keys

At check-out, leave the keys in the location specified in your instructions.
